Sometimes thinking about child safety can be so scary. However, ultimately it should be our number one priority as guardians of little ones. Please follow this link to a program a coworker/friend alerted me to and she highly recommends:

This link is for our local hospital, although other hospitals in other areas team up with Kohl's as well. This is a free service and you can call for an appointment. It sounds like it is time well spent! It looks like they offer carseat checks, water safety tips, bike rider programs and more. Oftentimes we think as busy parents we know it all, but I would consider this friend well-informed, so if she learned from it, it must be new info. Let us know if any of you have been or know any more. Safety with little ones is so very important!
